Jan, a seasoned financial analyst with a career spanning over 15 years, holds expertise in the realm of commercial real estate, marked by meticulous proficiency in acquisitions, project evaluations, financial modeling, re/financing, and strategic structuring. His tenure has encompassed pivotal roles, including Chief Analyst, within renowned investment groups such as PPF and KKCG. Jan’s leadership extended to overseeing substantial real estate portfolios, collectively valued at €2 billion across the European and Russian landscapes.
